One Broken Biker (OBB) Regional Board Roles & Responsibilities

The OBB Regional Board plays a vital role in carrying out our mission at the local level. These board members help organize events, raise awareness, support injured riders, and grow the motorcycle community within their region.

Each regional board operates independently while following OBB’s overall mission and guidelines. Not all positions may be available in every region, but we encourage passionate individuals to step up and help drive OBB’s impact in their area.

Regional Board Positions

Regional President

The leader of the regional board, responsible for overseeing operations, team management, and local outreach.

✔ Provide leadership and strategic direction for the regional board.
✔ Oversee operations, events, and community engagement.
✔ Represent OBB at local events and public engagements.
✔ Ensure alignment with OBB’s mission and goals at the regional level.
✔ Support fundraising efforts and sponsorships.

Regional Secretary

The organizer of the board, ensuring meetings, documentation, and administrative tasks are well managed.

📌 Responsibilities:
✔ Record and maintain meeting minutes and board records.
✔ Organize meeting agendas and task assignments.
✔ Ensure compliance with OBB’s protocols and guidelines.
✔ Schedule and coordinate regional board meetings.
✔ Assist with local administrative tasks and communications.

Regional Treasurer

The financial manager of the regional board, responsible for tracking funds, budgets, and financial reporting.

✔ Track income from fundraising and sponsorships.
✔ Ensure financial transparency and compliance.

Regional Events Director

✔ Develop and oversee local fundraising initiatives.

Regional Membership & Outreach Director

Manages local OBB membership engagement and outreach to injured riders.

✔ Help expand OBB’s presence in the community.

Regional Social Media & Marketing Director

Handles the region’s digital presence, ensuring OBB’s local events and initiatives reach the community.

✔ Work closely with the national team to ensure brand consistency.
